facts about our Ts

there’s so much to say about our Ts and below gives you an idea on how we come with designs, our environmental approaches and other important attributes to our vision at Frankly Limited. if there’s a question we haven’t answered just drop us a line at info@franklylimited.com.

T features

 

  • to keep our Ts fresh and interesting we have grouped these into unique editions limiting the numbers of each edition. our T editions are carefully curated to reflect the Frankly Limited dna and frankly, the list is endless… (pun very much intended).

  • each T comes with three separate labels, very unique to each edition so be sure to read them.

    the washing label - this label has the unique number for that T, the serial codes to identify the specific edition it comes from and the washing information to look after your T.

    the size label - this is on the neck and tells you the size of your T.

    the Frankly Limited face label - yes, that's us you can see there!.

  • as standard, every t comes with a branded earth positive tote bag as being good to the planet doesn’t have to stop at what you wear.

  • our Ts are classic fit and we make them in sizes from XS to XXL.

    that said, one retailer’s XL is another’s L so we have a page that gives you the exact measurements for each size.

  • very carefully please. :-) seriously, washing instructions are on the T label but we suggest 30 degrees cool wash then hang your T out to dry naturally.

 

identification / certification

  • every T is uniquely numbered for you to easily identify what number T you have in the edition as well as the serial code for the edition you have.

  • every T comes with its own embossed certificate of authenticity made out of recycled paper and signed personally by both gavin and jon, the Frankly Limited founders.

    the certificate includes the unique T number and serial code to ensure that the certificate of authenticity matches exactly to the T.

    only one certificate is produced for each T.

  • social media is very important to us and we hope you follow and interact with us on our various social media channels.

    if you follow, like a post, comment, retweet, tag or share something or chat with us we take that to mean that you are consenting to allow us to interact with you. also, to help us make your time on our website and social media channels better, we may collect data to enhance our understanding of your interactions with us.

  • every T has a unique number affiliated with it, this is hand written on a label sewn into the T.

    the numbering sequence changes for each T design, so in time, all sizes will have the opportunity to be linked with all the limited edition numbers.

 
 
 

colour simplicity

  • all of our Ts are black because we like to keep it simple.

  • unique to all Frankly Limited designs is that we only use a single colour for the artwork, grey pantone 425c, to create the most memorable images and make any Frankly Limited T immediately recognisable.

 
 

T volumes

  • good question. we feel that having only a limited number of Ts in a specific design will include the owner in an exclusive group of incredibly tasteful human beings.

  • we will always have alternative designs that you might be interested in and, if you join our mailing list, we can keep you up to date on new designs being launched.

  • just sign up to our mailing list and we’ll do the rest.

 
 

production

  • we only use earth positive Ts that use organic, fair trade, carbon 0 cotton and then made in a factory that only uses wind and solar power. we only use water-based inks for printing.

  • there are several ranges already and we plan to release batches of new editions several times a year.

    it's important to remember that numbers and sizes for editions are limited so once they’re gone, they’re gone.

  • all our Ts are sold in batches with a specific release date. sales are based on a first come first served basis so get in quick.

  • we have no plans to do so. we have too many great ideas for more designs.

 
 

design

  • our ideas come from thinking and talking a lot of rubbish until something that is either funny or interesting is written in the pink 'ideas book'...

    and then squeezing it hard until the final design appears.

  • everyone’s style is unique but have a look at our social media pages to see how other Frankly friends are rocking their Frankly Ts.

 

packaging/delivery

  • every T is sent to you in recycled and/or compostable packaging.

  • for generally available Ts we use the UK Royal Mail so depending on where you are in the world hopefully no more than 7 days.

    for pre-ordered Ts we aim to get your T produced within 3 months of opening the preorder process.

 

returns

  • if for any reason you’re not happy with your T you’re more than welcome to return it.

  • of course but please be aware we may not have another T of the same design in your size and the unique number will be different.

finance

  • we use the Stripe online payment services so we support all payment types they do.

 

social

  • fun mainly, some design ideas but mainly to keep you up to date with new T editions, ask you to vote on new designs and give you the opportunity to pre-order new Ts.
